Fundraising Programs

We offer three program options for you to choose from and combine to create the most successful fundraising program for your group. Below is a list of each of the program options and how they work.

Group Pre-Sale

A pre-sale is the standard fundraising option for most groups. Sign up and order/print your groups sales packets (these can be Silver Cup branded sales packets or private labeled for your organization, see “private labeled fundraisers” for more information). 

You then determine a sales period (one to two weeks is standard) and hand out your sales packets to team members. Team members then take orders from family and friends during the designated sales period, and return the sales forms to the fundraising coordinator.

The fundraising coordinator then calculates the total, and places a group order on our online group order form. Your group will receive your order in 2-3 weeks from the date of submission. See an example sales packet here.

Product in Hand Sale

Sometimes, groups like to place a pre-order so that participants can have the product available right when their customer is purchasing it. This method works great for groups who would like to sell outside grocery stores or at sporting events, for example.

The disadvantage of this method is that a group may end up with leftover coffee if the group does not sell their entire order. This cuts into the amount of profit a group will earn.

Group Subscription Sale

Some fundraising coordinators love the idea of recurring individual orders, but would like to retain the 50% profit. In order to do this, fundraising coordinators are welcome to take reccuring orders from their customers, and then place orders (with a minimum order of 50 bags) with Silver Cup.

Group leaders sometimes find it helpful to take orders on a “subscription” basis. Customers place a standing monthly order, and the group leader places an order with Silver Cup Coffee each month.

Group subscription sales can be Silver Cup branded or Private Labeled for the organization.
